shopping experience ORDER FULFILLMENT Orders place online are shipped within 2 to 3 days on business days. Weekend orders and orders that fall on a holiday will be fulfilled on the next business day. If you need a product immediately for a timed delivery, please contact us at the studio to check availability. PLACING AN ORDER We can only accept wholesale orders via fax, email or online. We cannot take orders over the phone due to inaccuracies that may occur. SHIPPING Our preferred method is Fedex Ground for all online orders. If you would like your order shipped on your account, Fedex or UPS, please note the information on your order. Please include the account number, billing zip code and a contact number. If you require your order to be insured, please note that on the order. COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING Orders over $75.00 USD receive complimentary Fedex Ground shipping. Please note that order total must be $75.00 or more after discounts, promotions and coupons are applied. This offer is only available for orders shipped to the continental USA. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Orders being shipped internationally require the buyer to contact us with payment information and a shipping quote. For international orders, not including Canada, orders are payable via wire transfer or certified check only. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS We accept Visa, Mastercard. RETURN POLICY ON ONLINE ORDERS Your satisfaction is important to us. Orders placed via phone or online may be returned within 30 days from delivery date. If you should need to return an item for any reason, please email us at studio [at] 9spotmonk.com and an RMA number will be issued. The item must be in salable condition, in it's original packaging. Sale, clearance, special and custom items are not returnable, These are marked as final sale items. DAMAGED GOODS We request that once you receive your package, inspect it for damage. Please notify us within 5 business days of any damage to your order. Orders shipped on our Fedex account over $300 are automatically insured. Give us a call or send us an email and we'll resend what was damaged asap. CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION The contact information we receive is used only for sending products and information to our customers.
